How long does it take?

The first Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts approximately between 90 minutes to 2 hours. This is too make sure you are not rushed, If you require a second or third session this should only take approximately 1 hour.

What does it feel like?

The experience feels different to different people. Hypnosis is just a state of relaxation. You may not feel like you are hypnotised. You are always in control. You will never take a suggestion that you are not comfortable with. It can sometimes feel like when you are driving your car and you have been thinking, when all of a sudden you look around and think “Where am I”, you are still in control and driving the car but your mind has just wandered off.

Can I get “Stuck” in hypnosis?

No that is an old wives tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, or even have a drink. You can sometimes fall asleep, if so you will just wake up feeling very relaxed.

How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you are in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It is very easy and anyone can do it. You will see for yourself when you do it too.

How deep will I go?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that and just relax. It is really not important. When you relax, you are able to access memories that you may have forgotten and take suggestion that will benefit your situation. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough” just tell yourself the truth, this is working and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful and scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things that have caused you trauma, it is important for your to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. YOU WILL BE OK

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of changes from Rapid Transformational Therapy and every person is different:

Immediate - You feel a massive shift right away (immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session).

Incremental - You see consisten shifts every day, or over time.

"Retroactive - You do not see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life.

What if I need another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is , it can take up to 3 sessions.
