At LL Inner Healing, your privacy, trust and confidentiality are extremely important. I understand that seeking support through Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) can involve sharing deeply personal experiences, emotions and sensitive information.

I am committed to treating your information with care, respect and confidentiality, in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

1. Information I Collect

When you enquire about or book an RTT® session, I may collect:

  • Your name, contact details and date of birth or age.

  • Information about your physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • Relevant medical history, medications and health concerns.

  • Personal experiences, relationships and childhood history.

  • Your goals, concerns and reasons for seeking RTT®.

  • Emergency contact details and other information you voluntarily provide.

This information helps me understand your individual circumstances and prepare a session tailored to your needs.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your personal information is used to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange appointments.

  • Assess whether RTT® may be appropriate for your circumstances.

  • Prepare and provide personalised hypnotherapy sessions.

  • Maintain consultation records and communicate with you regarding your sessions.

  • Meet applicable professional, ethical and legal obligations.

Your personal information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.

3. How Your Information Is Stored

Consultation forms submitted through my Squarespace website are received and retained in my designated Gmail account.

Printed consultation forms and related client records are stored in a filing cabinet. I operate LL Inner Healing independently and am responsible for managing client information.

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

Electronic services used to receive or transmit information may involve third-party providers, including Squarespace, Google and other services used in operating my practice.

4. Confidentiality and Disclosure

Your personal information is treated confidentially.

I do not routinely share your personal consultation information with other practitioners or third parties.

Information may be disclosed with your consent, where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, or where required or permitted by law, including circumstances involving serious threats to health or safety.

5. How Long Records Are Kept

Client records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and meet applicable legal and professional obligations.

As a general practice, adult client records are retained for at least seven years after the last session.

Records relating to children and young people may be retained for longer, generally until at least age 25 or seven years after the last session, whichever is later.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed or de-identified as appropriate.

6. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You may contact me to request access to the personal information I hold about you or to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.

I will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable legal requirements or exceptions.

7. Online Sessions and Communications

LL Inner Healing offers both in-person and online RTT® sessions, including sessions conducted through Google Meet.

While reasonable precautions are taken when communicating electronically, no internet-based communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Website and Third-Party Services

My website is operated using Squarespace. Website functionality may involve cookies and other technologies used by Squarespace or integrated services.

Third-party providers may process or store information in Australia or overseas, depending on their systems and service arrangements.

9. Privacy Concerns and Complaints

If you have any questions or concerns about how your personal information is handled, please contact me directly.

I will take privacy concerns seriously and endeavour to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also be entitled to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
